Annual Meeting minutes and agenda (1966-1987) contain election of officer results; reports of business and activities of the preceding year; report of the General Secretary; and the transaction of business at hand. Minutes and agenda are the protocol copy set in that they contain executive session minutes, exhibits, and reports which were not widely distributed. Minutes and agenda from the Lutheran Council in the USA's (LCUSA) last Annual Meeting (1987) include discussion of and arrangement for LCUSA's termination and the continuation of its program under the newly formed Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Also included in the collection are minutes from two LCUSA general meetings held on November 15-16, 1984 and November 20-21, 1986.
